Refund Policy – All Sales Final (Lucky Scoops & Mystery Boxes)
All purchases from Teddy’s Lucky Shop are final sale. Due to the nature of our lucky scoops and mystery boxes, all items are randomly selected, and customers cannot choose, request, or exchange items included in their order.
By purchasing, you understand and agree that:
- Items are pre-selected and randomized
- You may receive duplicates or items similar to previous orders
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with item selection
No Exceptions Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Preference or style
- Duplicate items
- Perceived value
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof and your order number. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.
Order Processing
All orders are final once placed. Cancellations and modifications are not allowed.
