All orders are processed within 3–10 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during high order volume, sales, live events, or new releases.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $12, depending on your location and order size. 

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Teddy’s Lucky Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.

Incorrect Address 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
